Where is Valve Queen located? –We are based out of London, Ohio.

How do you ship tubes? – We ship via USPS priority mail.  You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order is packed and ready to ship.  Most orders will ship within 1 business day from when your order is placed with Valve Queen.

Do you offer tube matching? - Unless otherwise specified, power tube pairs, quads and sextets will be matched.  We are able to match tubes at 325V, 400V or 500V depending on the needs of your specific equipment.

Why should I choose Valve Queen for my vacuum tube needs?- Our process helps to ensure quality tubes for your amplfiers.  This includes 72 hour burn in on most vacuum tubes that we sell, pre-amp tubes are tested for gain, emmission, microphonics and noise using the Amplitrex AT1000, we rate power tubes at 325V, 400V or 500V depending on the needs of your specific equipment, visually inspect tubes for poor soldering, bent pins, misaligned plates, loose tube bases...

General questions or suggestions - If you have any specific questions about tubes or if you have any requests (higher gain pre-amp tubes, cooler, warmer power tubes...) please contact us before you place your order so that we can be sure that we have inventory that will meet your needs.  We are also happy to offer suggestions regarding your tube needs.

Our return policy is as follows:

We will exchange defective tubes as a result of a manufactures defect or pre-mature failure within the warranty period only. If tubes are improperly installed (failure to line-up pins or failure to properly set the bias in an amplifier) they will not be covered under any warranty. Tubes installed in malfunctioning equipment will not be covered under any warranty. All tubes must be returned in the original packaging. (and Valve Queen LLC) will NOT be held responsible (financially or otherwise) for equipment that is damaged from the use of tubes or parts purchased from us.  It is the responsibility of the customer to consult with the equipment manufacturer with regards to proper tube and parts replacement and recommended / proper biasing procedures.

Ruby Tubes (and tubes from Magic Parts/Ruby) carry a 6 month warranty from date of purchase.

EH, Tung Sol, Sovtek, Svetlana, TAD, Gold Lion, Ei, Jan, JJ, SED, Mullard all carry a 60 day warranty from the date of purchase.

SIT and DR strings are not covered under any warranty.
